"Silence is Golden: The Importance of Contemplation, Prayer and Meditation in Recovery" Annual Interfaith Institute on Recovery July 14, 2021 Debonee will be talking about the efficacy and importance of contemplation, prayer and meditation in substance abuse recovery. Debonee has been focused on building the nonprofit, Zeitgeist this year, and minimizing external teaching. Plus, ya know, pandemic.
Debonee is the primary teacher for Zeitgeist's "Exploring" and "Spiritual Direction Training Program". Debonee leads an Interfaith Contemplative Meeting every second Sunday of the month, from 6:30 - 8 pm. Currently via Zoom only. The group traditionally meets at Amerson House at St Bart's and will continue when covid safety permits. Details here
